Sold my first photo

Not that it was a lot of money... $150. But it was great to get an email from these guys asking me whether I would sell one of my Flickr photos. Completely out of the blue. They are architects and wanted a photo of one of their buildings (a new University of Manchester conference centre). Perhaps I could have asked for 3 times as much, but it was a crappy photo, to be honest, and they could get one just like it if they bothered to go to the top floor of the Arthur Lewis building.
