Marina's university bus pass (free) was not ready on time, so they offered to refund all bus tickets that she had to pay to get to school while she didn't have it. We happened to run into the guy who takes care of the bus passes in one of the corridors, who recognised Marina and reminded her to ask for the bus ticket money back! Wow.
